Whether your Subaru part can be returned or not depends on a number of factors:
Subaru engines
Our Subaru engines have a warranty depending on fitment and use. You can see a copy of our standard engine warranty by clicking here.
Engines that are modified by you or are fitted into race applications or modified vehicles may have a limited warranty. Please make sure you always check with the sales person before you purchase your Subaru engine from us.
Warranty conditions?
First of all, please check that your part is covered under warranty. You can read more about our guarantees and warranties here.
Wrong item ordered?
If you’ve ordered the wrong item; or if you don’t require the Subaru part you’ve ordered, you can return it to us within 7 days of purchase. Note that a handling and re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price plus any freight will be charged.
Faulty Subaru part? Or did we send the wrong item?
Where the Subaru part is faulty, or if we’ve sent you the wrong item, no handling fee will apply. Returned Subaru spares will only be accepted for return if the original invoice is attached to the parts. No parts will be accepted for return if they have been tampered with or broken by you.
New Subaru part?
New Subaru spares will only be accepted for credit if returned in original condition and in the original unmarked and undamaged packaging, no exceptions.
