Sometimes parts will be sold with a reduced warranty period because we’ve negotiated a lower or special price for the parts with you. Even though the warranty period may be reduced due to the price negotiation, we will be selling you the same parts that you would have purchased for the full price with the full warranty.
Warranties on NEW spares for Subaru
All new Subaru car parts are sold with a twelve month manufacturer’s warranty. The only exceptions to this are new turbo chargers which are sold with a limited warranty. Please contact a sales representative for new Subaru turbo charger warranty details.
If you’re not sure what the warranty period is on a Subaru car part you’ve purchased from us, you can find it on the reverse of your invoice.
If you can’t find your invoice you can’t claim any warranties as we have to have your invoice before we can sort out any issues. Please don’t ask us to “find” a copy of your invoice for you, we sell thousands of parts every month so we simply can’t find an invoice for you.
Remember it’s your responsibility to keep your invoice for warranty or return claims.
